We fully respect and support your needs.After our initial consultation, where we'll discuss your hair goals and preferences, we'll provide you with a quiet and tranquil experience.You can request a silent appointment for any of your services at Love Hair. Just let us know when booking, and we’ll take care of the rest!
Extra product supplement: We have a mixing guideline for how much product should be used during each service. We have been generous with the guideline but if we go over we need to supplement the extra product being used.
New colour clients: must come in for a consultation at least 48 hours prior to booking an appointment.
Booking deposit: To book your appointment we require a 30% deposit of the total service bill.
Cancellation policy: If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the appointment you will lose your 30% deposit.
Late policy: If you are 15 minutes late or more we might not be able to carry out the full services due to restricted time. You will be charged for the services and time you booked for.
After-colour blowdry policy: All hair must be dried at the end of a colour service. This is for the stylist to be able to see the final result and make sure it meets the expectations discussed in the consultation. This is to ensure quality control. Please be aware that quick/rough dries are still charged.
